Sometimes, you may experience a problem when you don't see some of the tokens you own or have only TEZ visible on your account. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to solve this issue. Every step may solve this problem. However, we recommend starting from the first one.
- Restart a browser
- Check that you have the latest version of the wallet (Settings->About). Your version should be the same as in the app store:
If the version you are running is older than the current one, you can manually update it at any time. Clicking on the Chrome Extensions widget , then click on Manage Extensions, enable Developer mode  and click the Update button .
All of your extensions are up to date now!
3. Clear the browser cache
4. Try to change the default RPC node
5. Check your Browser plugins, VPN, Firewall settings. Sometimes, these tools block access to the node, and your Temple wallet account doesn't receive updated info.
6. Try to launch a wallet in another browser. Check if the information appears. If it does, there is an issue with your current browser.
